Owner of JUST BE Yoga Studio and Go BEyond 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training School, Pernille believes that yoga is a way of life, and what you learn on the mat, you take with you into everyday life. Born and raised in Denmark, Pernille has taught extensively throughout many areas of the United States, including Cape Cod and La Jolla, California. Knowing from personal experience that yoga is a practice that makes you stronger mentally and physically, Pernille aims to guide her students through the challenges of everyday life with powerful, eclectic classes that challenge and strengthen the mind and body. Expect every class to be a different experience, filled with laughter and great music! Pernille is a graduate of the 200 Hour Finding Inner Peace Yoga School with Diane Kovanda, the 300 Hour Sacred Seed Yoga School with Jacqui Bonwell, Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Sagel Kelly Urlacher, and Balanced Athlete Training with Johnny Gillespie. Regardless of age, fitness level, or yoga experience our classes welcome all. Whether you're younger or wiser, a beginner or more advanced, Just Be has classes for all levels. Your teacher will help you get your practice to where you'd like it to Be. Please talk to a teacher if you have any questions or physical limitations and we'll make class and pose recommendations.
A practice where the asana ( postures or poses ) flow with seamless transitions synchronized with a steady breath. Incorporates meditation, flow, and deep relaxation. I have a heart centered and strength building approach to this practice, allowing for personal empowerment. Incorporates the addition of chanting and touch with assists throughout your practice to provide opening and organic alignment.
In this Vinyasa Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere.
Elin Hersch took her first yoga class in 1999, and continued her practice to help balance out the effects of dancing and the stresses of “real life”. Then, when leading unofficial lunch-break yoga sessions with her coworkers, Elin decided to expand this favorite time of the day into a way of life! Elin received her certification from the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago, studying spiritually under the late Sri Goswami Kriyananda and learning Hatha yoga from Swami Sarasvatyananda. She has studied extensively in many different traditions and enjoys teaching everything from hot vinyasa to restorative, hatha to meditation. In her classes, Elin seeks to pass along the peace and joy she finds in yoga and to healthfully guide each student to their own place of centered self-awareness.
Nicole Chamberlain is a year-round resident of Cape Cod and personal trainer. Nicole fell in love with fitness at a young age and was active in many different sports growing up, including soccer, track, and softball at the Varsity level. Nicole has a passion for training people to create strength, balance, and space in their bodies as well as their minds.
Julie began practicing yoga in 2011 as a way to become physically fit but quickly discovered it’s benefit for her mind and spirit as well. She strives to incorporate the practice and teachings of yoga into her daily life and she encourages her students to listen to their bodies connecting their breath and movement to create a very mindful and personal experience.

Terry has been practicing yoga since 2004 when she moved to Cape Cod from Boston. She graduated from Power Yoga of Cape Cod in the summer of 2017 with a 500-Hour teacher training certificate.
Pernille has graduated from Sacred Seeds with Jacqui Bonwell with a 500-Hour teacher training certificate in the fall of 2017. She has trained with several inspirational teachers, including Bryan Kest, Sadie Nardini, David Vendetti and Ame Wren.

Dana is a certified and registered Vinyasa Instructor with Yoga Alliance. Trained under the direction of David Vendetti and Todd Skoglund at South Boston Yoga she is inspired to teach classes that are smart and safe. You can expect an experience focused on strengthening the body with attention to proper alignment and always offering to connect mind, body, and spirit.
Vibrant and full of life Dana finds great joy and balance through practicing yoga. It was in 2011 after moving to Cape Cod for work at a luxury resort that she found yoga alleviated stress and physical demands on the body. Beyond connecting with the body and soul yoga has created a space for a community that has allowed her to thrive beautifully. Staying present with breath you will move through a sequence of postures that are powerful, fun and energizing. Uplifting music will be offered to inspire you throughout your practice ending with tranquil sounds soothing you into stillness and restoration. Classes are designed for all levels as Dana believes that yoga should be approachable for every “body”, modifications will be offered as needed to ensure it’s an enjoyable experience for all.
